Why do some leaves turn red during autumn? Is it because they are angry at the prospect of an incoming chilly winter soon precipitating their decoupling from the mother trees?
Musing in the Mews
Or is it because they are blushing in shyness to have left the nature in semi-nudity? Either way there was music in the chilly autumnal evenings of London and a great place to immerse in the seasonal musings was at Kynance Mews in West London.

A cosy little mews not far from the bustle of busy London life, the leaves unfurled a riot of red and orange to hum out the tunes of autumn. From green to yellow to red to no leaves to new ones that grow – so nicely they reflect the change in seasons, but do they also reflect the change in colour in our moods every moment and every day? Does a lot of red leaves around you are reflective of a burning desire or an angry account yet to be settled? You decide.
Thank you for reading. I’m also thankful to Ayushi Of Lovetobag for this collaboration.
