Sweet Summer Crush: Summer Blazer+ Dreamy Hair-do+ Brogue Heels

My weekends are always eventful. I like it that way, some weekends are just going on road trips to the countrysides, some are doing household chores and concentrationg on fitness, or some like today are only meant for studying and cooking a feast. Last weekend, I had been to the ”prettiest village” in England sporting this look.

A micro mini-skirt with a blazer? It must be too hot or too cold to wear either of them. Not when It is a warm-ish day and for couple of hours  it felt really hot. In fact a jersey blazer should be your wardrobe staple for summer, autmun or even late spring!  Jersey blazers are not tailored with the fabric usually meant for traditional blazer, they use fabrics that are used to make  T-shirts.

Top tip: Three ways to wear a summer blazer

1. Play with tailoring and layer a black or brown slim-fit dress underneath for a mid-week workwear.

2. While the blazer works perfectly with short skirt and a tank top, its cut means it will go with chunky tights and boots come autumn, too.

3. Wear with denim shorts or distressed jeans and team it up with brogue and junk jewelleries for a vintage spin.

New hairstyles can do so much, that is why I prefer long hair with no front fringe etc. as this type of hair cut is most versatile and you can actually see a new YOU every time you try a new hairstyle to create new Looks. A new dreamy hair-do can make you feel so good about yourself and especially when it completly compliments your outfit or even the places or the occassions you are dressed up for. On this trip, I had been to the birthplace of Jane Austen. I thought it’s summer day out, so have to keep my long tresses in order plus I wanted to go the whole hog  and try something from Jane Austen era.

Less I say about this heeled brogue, is better. I love it so much!  It just gave a vintage spin to this completely city-chic Look. Why it is ideal to wear in summer, autumn or in late spring, is, because it has those cut work windows, you will have cold feet if you wear them in November-December-January;)
