A social Butterfly of a Top!

Red Carpet's favourite child;)

A tourist's must-have photo spot;) Heart-pounding Jurassic Park ride for an aquaphobic and acrophobic me;)

My fashionistas, it feels everywhere I go, this Kimono-style sleeves crop top goes with me. This Spring-Summer has got an oriental touch that gets every woman comfy-cuddly. Whether it is just on the sleeves of a crop top, hippie-worthy featuring oriental prints or graphically modern beach cover-ups, fashionistas are swoon on the trend into looks for music festivals, museum hopping, summer strolls or even on a tour to the Universal Studios Hollywood, like me:)

A little late to share but this got to be the most touristy bit of my Easter holiday in the West Coast. Giggled like a child taking the heart-pounding Jurassic Park Water ride, meeting and greeting Shrek, came to know few secrets of Hollywood movie making through the entire studio tour including world’s largest 3-D experience on King Kong 360 degree 3-D, watching incredible stunts, jaw-dropping explosions and intense thrills in one-of-a-kind live stunt water world show. Driving through the Mount Lee in the hollywood heels area discovering celebrity bungalows, posh cars built and parked ate the mountain slopes was equally temerarious and eye-popping experienece. And I have donned a look that goes pretty well with the flavour of the day- colorful, comfy-cute and unlimited fun.

This Crop top from H&M was easy to style and can be styled for more than one season over your heavy winter turtle neck into something lighter with a midi-skirt or pencil skirt and just as versatile this season. This look was also the most inexpensive part of my Spring holiday wardrobe in the West Coast. I own this beaded-bordered monochrome midi-skirt from Monsoon since 2009. This cobalt blue Zara messenger bag is also an oldie. So, I have basically spiced up even the most basic look with a new pair of Gladiator Sandals with Insolia by M&S and a brand new statement necklace with multi-colored pom pom, all without breaking the bank.

This look is both comfortable, funky and apt for a casualwear-day at work, paired with midi-skirt and a fashion blogger’s favorite crop top with Asian inspired Kimono-style sleeves, it can be worn to almost any type of occasion. As you see, Kimono-style tops or coats are an easy and affordable way to brighten up your spring to summertime attire. With the limitless ways it can be worn, it is sure to become a staple in your wardrobe this season! Drop me a line at the comment section as I like to hear what you have to say.
