Did you notice that the Festival of Lights actually lights up even the nature by turning the green leaves into fiery reds and youthful yellows before they shed the colours and fall to prepare for a winter refresh followed by a spring reincarnation?
Like the leaves in colour, you too have all the reasons to lighten up and enlighten your surroundings during this Diwali by getting inspired from this Diwali look that I have blogged for you in next paragraphs.
For main Diwali day, I picked up a classic ensemble by Indian designer Ridhi Mehra. Its minimal yet romantic nature – a lovely coral-ish, delicate florals, net bodice and sheer back- just like polished air.
I have paired it with emerald studded diamonte jewels and a pearl adorned Lovetobag clutch. ‘Day dreaming’ or ‘a night to remember’, you can easily make it a double duty look with the sheer details at the back.
Wearing my hair in a side Chignon adorned with a diamanté studded cindrella-esque butterfly hair clip, I have finished out this crispy couture-ish look with low-key smokey eye and coral lips.
Thank you everyone for reading! If you haven’t watched the vlog yet that I have shared on my youtube channel featuring the Diwali lookbook, I am sharing it below.
Hope you have a great festive season!
