Mercury is the only metal to be liquid in room temperature. Interesting isn’t it?
May be not so much when they say that the mercury has tumbled making your bones to feel the chill frill. One way of dealing with the mercurial London winter is to layer up with an oversized sweater which will double the much needed warmth you need to hold in between the layers of clothing. Pair it up by stealing the last bit of heat from the lazy sun with a faux-fur stole.
And finally to keep your feet firmly on ground, why not show off to the whining winter what metal you are made of? A pair of metallic heeled boots are the perfect choice to defy the mercury dip in the air. Very unlikely you will be able to wear mercury heeled boots unless you are out for a liquid meltdown downtown.
Keep warm! Thank you for reading!
